Psychological Consultation & Therapy for Individuals, Organizations, and the Workplace
Everyone copes with emotional challenges at different stages of life. I believe that effective psychological treatment extends beyond the walls of the therapy room and should be integrated into the environments in which people live and work. For this reason, I work not only in my private practice but also with organizations and academic institutions—bringing psychological insight and evidence-based therapeutic principles to a wide range of settings.
Areas of Support
HOW I CAN HELP
Stress Management & Decision-Making
Develop practical strategies to manage stress, improve daily functioning, and make more confident decisions. I work with challenges related to ADHD, procrastination, decision-making, leadership, and performance, helping clients strengthen their ability to function effectively under pressure while building resilience and self-awareness.
Navigating Life Transitions
Major life changes often require us to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances while redefining our sense of identity and purpose. I support individuals through transitions such as relocation, immigration, career changes, retirement, or completing their studies. These periods frequently involve processing loss, accepting what cannot be changed, and cultivating hope for the future. At the same time, they offer opportunities for curiosity, personal growth, and the discovery of new meaning.
Anxiety Disorders & OCD
I provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, specific phobias, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Drawing primarily on behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches, treatment focuses on the "here and now," helping clients achieve meaningful and practical change within a relatively short period of time. Therapy is tailored to each individual's needs, pace, and coping style, combining effective therapeutic tools with a personalized treatment plan.
Couples Therapy & Relationship Challenges
Couples therapy is a meeting between two individuals and the "shared relational space" that exists between them. In my work with couples, I seek to understand both the strengths that sustain the relationship and the unspoken dynamics that often create distance or conflict. I also work with individuals who are searching for a meaningful, healthy romantic relationship but find themselves repeatedly facing obstacles they do not fully understand. Together, we explore the patterns that may be standing in the way of lasting intimacy and connection.
Eating Disorders
I provide professional treatment for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, emotional eating, and other eating disorders. My work integrates behavioral interventions and, when appropriate, collaboration with nutritional professionals. Beyond addressing eating behaviors themselves, I view eating disorders within their broader psychological, relational, and social context—understanding them as symptoms that often serve deeper emotional functions within an individual's life and family system.
Online Therapy
Professional psychological support delivered remotely, allowing you to receive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. I offer secure online therapy for individuals living abroad, those facing unique life circumstances, or anyone who prefers the flexibility of receiving treatment without attending the clinic in person.

Psychological Consultation for Organizations & Mental Well-Being
For many years I have worked with organizations, executive teams, and leadership groups to develop psychologically informed approaches that strengthen both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
Rather than relying solely on conventional organizational models, I integrate contemporary psychological theory with practical organizational experience. This enables leaders to better understand employee motivation, workplace dynamics, decision-making processes, and the interpersonal relationships that shape organizational culture.
At Dynamicot, together with Dr. Yael Doron, we established a Mental Well-Being consulting practice for organizations. Whether your organization is navigating rapid growth, restructuring, burnout, or organizational crises, we tailor evidence-based interventions to your unique needs.

Research & Academic Activity
My academic work focuses primarily on eating disorders and self-injurious behaviors. During my doctoral research at Bar-Ilan University, I developed and examined a comprehensive model explaining the psychological mechanisms underlying non-suicidal self-injury among individuals with eating disorders.
This work integrated perspectives from attachment theory, personality pathology, and neurotic processes, and has been published in leading international peer-reviewed journals.
Alongside my research, I lecture in undergraduate and graduate programs in Behavioral Sciences, teaching courses in psychopathology, personality theory, organizational psychology, and group dynamics.
