My Approach
Come As You Are —
Discover Who You Can Become
Meaningful change begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship. People come to therapy hoping to change their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Yet before change can occur, it is essential to feel seen, understood, and accepted. Therapy offers a space where you can become more deeply acquainted with yourself while learning to relate differently to your experiences.

My therapeutic philosophy
Why Therapy? And Why Me?
The most important question is not why people seek therapy, but what they hope to gain from it. Throughout life we develop patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that help us cope with challenges—but over time, some of these patterns may become limiting rather than helpful.
Therapy creates an opportunity to pause, understand yourself more deeply, and explore new ways of responding to life's challenges. Change often begins not with finding quick answers, but by developing a more compassionate and curious relationship with yourself.
Throughout my years as a clinical psychologist, I have worked in a wide variety of public and private settings, meeting people facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-injury, and major life transitions. Again and again, I have seen that psychological suffering can also become an opportunity for growth, resilience, and meaningful personal change.

Therapy is a unique encounter between two worlds. While the therapist brings professional knowledge, clinical experience, and psychological understanding, each client brings their own life story, strengths, vulnerabilities, and aspirations. Together we create a collaborative process tailored specifically to your needs, drawing on psychodynamic psychotherapy alongside contemporary evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other integrative methods when appropriate.
Beyond my clinical work, I remain actively involved in research, teaching, and organizational consulting. As Co-Director of the Zoogot Institute for Organizational Counseling and Research, I continue to integrate academic knowledge with practical experience in order to provide treatment that is thoughtful, contemporary, and grounded in the latest psychological research.
I invite you to take the first step.
Steps into therapy
The Therapeutic Process
01
Initial Consultation
Our first meeting is an opportunity to get to know one another. Together we will explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
02
Understanding Needs
Through careful listening, clinical assessment, and collaborative exploration, we develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and begin to formulate a meaningful therapeutic direction.
03
Personalized PLAN
Every person is unique. Together we build a treatment plan that reflects your goals, pace, strengths, and personal needs—remaining flexible as therapy evolves.
04
Meaningful Change
Therapy is a journey rather than a destination. Over time, greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting psychological change emerge, allowing you to move through life with greater confidence and authenticity.
